Job Requirements For the Trainer position:
- Developing relationships with customers
- Procuring and following up on sales leads for our Brokers
- Networking & prospecting
- Maintaining quality customer service and leading buyers throughout Energy Sales Process
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork
- Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Willingness to work weekends
- Maintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority - NO WEEKENDS
Educational Requirements For the Trainer Position:
- College degree or equivalent professional work experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Background For The Trainer Position :
- 1-2 years of Training, Customer Service OR Sales Experience
- Prior Retail Sales
- Any Proven Track Record of Sales Success
