With our recent New Office Expansion to New York, we are currently looking for 6 new Telecoms Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.




Do you have experience in telesales?


Do you like working with customers but bored of sitting behind a desk all day?

Note: This position is not based in a call centre! We are looking for people with a background in telesales, customer service and retail as there are a number of transferable skills that match that of the event sales industry.

Telecoms Sales Representative - Responsibilities




As a Telecoms Sales Representative you will work at our promotional events representing a leading client within the telecoms industry. Your main duties will include:

  • Work directly with customers at our promotional events to increase our clients brand awareness.



  • Make sure more customers are aware of the amazing products, services and current offers our clients have to offer.



  • Promote our clients product promotions, deals and offers



  • Process and track event sales



  • Document customer information



  • Provide information about our clients services and products.



  • Create an exciting and welcoming environment at our events



  • Record event stock



  • Serve as an enthusiastic member of the event staff

Job Requirements

Telecoms Sales Representative - Entry Qualifications

  • Having up to date knowledge of current and new technology, TV, Radio and Music industry.



  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.



  • Some experience in a customer facing role is preferred.



  • Outgoing personality and able to interact with a variety of consumers



  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment
