Technology Solutions Consultant will be primarily responsible for driving and evolving technology roadmap for large retail client from a Customer Experience Management perspective. This includes technologies that effect Digital Transformation through agent and customer experience improvements and reduce overall cost reductions.
o Retail and eCommerce experience a must.
o Knowledge of Technology solutions as they apply to BPO.
o Technology for Digital Transformation experience highly desirable.
o Familiarity with emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence and Automation
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
o Minimum of 7 years work experience in consulting environment.
o Ability and desire to travel within United States.
o Self-directed team player
o Experience with Omni-Channel Solutions like Oracle Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zendesk or other similar solutions.
o Ability to map business outcomes and requirements to technologies in retail space.
