Aerotek is currently hiring for a Technical Recruiter in the Baltimore area.
- 1-2 years of technical recruiting experience (Engineering preferred)
- 2 Full years of recruitment experience
- Experience using Linked-IN or other sites.
- The specific positions that this recruiter will be recruiting on is in the aviation and engineering field on pilots and other engineers specifically.
- The candidate that will fit best in this roll is someone that has history in technical recruiting with engineers and aviation specifically. They use the Taleo system to track their candidates and it would be a plus if they have that experience.
