Talent Consultant

Job Description

The Talent Consultant is responsible for achieving delivery targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, through our recruitment process. Job responsibilities will include media deployment, budget analysis, utilizing various systems, candidate communication, client communication and other administrative functions of the recruitment process. 
Major Responsibilities/Activities
• Maintain and post to various job boards and media sources based on strategy 


• Deploy targeted email campaigns across multiple resources and databases


• Monitor candidate flow (i.e., event schedule) and adjust media deployment appropriately


• Manage relationships with candidates as needed


• Maintain and document media deployment activity on cost tracker


• Follow recruitment process as documented for assigned projects


• Provide project updates as requested by management


• High Volume of communication with clients


• Complete all administration functions of the recruitment process


• Passive Sourcing, which may include name generation, cold calling, and advanced Boolean searching 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements 


• 3 years of consistent work history


• 2 years recruitment experience 


• 4 year degree preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Customer Service orientation


• Proven organization, creative thinking, and analytical skills


• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office


• Self motivated and flexible


• Excellent time management and problem solving skills


• Organizing and coordinating schedules


• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment


• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
