Daily responsibilities for Administrative Recruiting:

-Evaluating resumes of sales, consulting and hospitality candidates

-Contacting them to explore interview availability. 


*The Administrative Recruiter will be the face of the company and must look, act and dress the part. Frequent interaction with upper level executives and advisement on recruitment and administrative affairs will be expected daily.*



 We will require our administrative team to participate in client meetings to ascertain their expansion goals and required talent scouting. Monthly progress meetings with our sales & consulting new hires will be expected of the human resources team. They will play the liason between management and our firm's sales team early on in the hiring process.
