This team works in a multi-language and creative environment including technologies such as: .Net, Node.js, Angular.js, PHP, Go, Clojure, Docker, AWS and much more. Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and (if possible) resolving client-reported site issues and defects
- For issues that cannot be directly resolved, identifying the appropriate engineering team(s) for resolution
- Communicating across departments to ensure all involved parties are informed of investigative developments
- Coordinating with the Incident Management team to field site issues that qualify as incidents/outages
Requirements
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following languages
- C#
- Visual Basic
- Javascript
- Typescript
- SQL
- HTML/CSS
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following frameworks/technologies
- Angular
- Visual Studio 2012+
- Microsoft SQL Server Mgmt Studio
- Log aggregation tools (SumoLogic, Splunk, Scalyr, etc)
- Experience building and debugging front- and back-end web apps\
