Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
Establish relationships with local referral sources.
Generate new business and manage existing accounts.
Grow agency census and revenue through admissions.
Learning the business aspect of running a successful client campaign
Work in a customer service and consultative sales team
Additional details for Entry Level Sales Representative Include:Full Time (40 hours)Weekly Pay with option for additional bonusesNOT a telecommuting jobNot a 1099 position
Education and Experience: At least 6 months of prior telephone sales, customer service relations and/or route sales required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be familiar with the company's services and procedures (After Training). Must be able to work in cooperation with others. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team-player. Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends. Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers. Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
- Energetic, friendly and engaging personality
- 1 year of prior sales experience
- Desire to begin or continue a career in sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
