Marketing and Sales Account Managers:
Marketing and Sales Account Managers at Invictus are fully trained in all aspects of sales and marketing as well as customer service. Our corporate training focuses on developing the necessary tools to be successful long term within our company so that our associates can progress into an executive management role.
All of our promotions here come only from within and are based on performance and merit. What this means is that Account Managers are given the tools they need to advance, but can do this at their own pace based on their experience level. Typically Marketing and Sales Account Managers can expect to see themselves in an executive management role within six months up to a year.
All of our associates are expected to have the ability to interact with potential customers, as well as existing customers and explain the benefits of our clients in order to support their demand for customer retention as well as new acquisitions. We have found that by utilizing face to face on site presentations, we not only are able to build brand awareness for our clients, but it also enables us to develop relationships with the customers that we are bringing our clients.
