As a Sales Executive, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. Our newest Sales Executives will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance.




Learn and Earn; Our Sales Executives average $30,000-$70,000 per year! 




A Property & Casualty, Life & Health insurance license is required. Don’t worry - If you do not have these licenses, we will help you obtain them. Our overall success is based on our team’s success, so our district provides continuous training, coaching, mentorship to help you succeed!

Job Requirements

Our Ideal Sales Executives will:


  • Have strong communication skills, people skills and networking skills- Someone that can think on their feet and relate to different people

  • Be Goal-Oriented & Competitive- Someone that can set and achieve realistic goals with a desire to be the best, surpass others and break records

  • Be looking to grow personally and professionally - Someone that’s willing to expand their comfort zones, learn new skills and develop their leadership abilities

  • Have effective time-management skills - Someone that doesn’t need to be micro-managed because they’re self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

  • Be a solution-oriented individual who is able to listen to the customer and provide value-added services based on the customer's needs

  • Be coachable and willing to learn new skills and operating procedures

  • Have 3-5 years of sales experience




Sales Executive Responsibilities:


  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established

  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources

  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales

  • Develop ongoing networking relationships across all industries in the greater Denver area

  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program

  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products
