A prominent market research company in the Chicago Loop is seeking an experienced, detailed, and confident Sales Assistant to provide support to the Executive Sales team, as well as the CEO. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing complete administrative, project, and operational support to multiple members of the Executive Sales team including contract and data analysis. Additional responsibilities will entail calendar coordination and meeting preparation for the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is $50-65k dependent on experience.
Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant:
- Provide administrative and project support to multiple members of the Executive Sales team
- Pull and analyze sales data, and maintain spreadsheets
- Assist with preparing and updating sales contracts and proposals
- Create, prepare, and organize materials for meetings and conferences
- Compile and pull reports, and manage databases for accuracy
- Assist with office management tasks such as planning company events
- Manage the CEO’s busy calendar, and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with overflow calls and answer inquiries when necessary
- All other tasks and projects as needed
