Recruiting Specialist: Part-time temporary position (3 months)

  • Understands basic employment law and the do's and don'ts of recruiting
  • Can track and maintain records
  • Can use Outlook calendars to set up interviews
  • Can successfully phone screening a wide variety of applicants
  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives
  • Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
  • Source passive candidates
  • Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers
  • Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Must have 2-5 recruiting experience
