.Acara Solutions has partnered with our an Aviation comany to hire Quality Inspectors in Cincinnati, OH. This is a direct hire position that offers terrific benefits and competitive hourly rates. First and second shifts are currently open with a premium paid for seconds. If you are detail-oriented and have experience using various gages, micrometers, calipers and similar measurement tools, this may be the career opening you've been waiting for!The Quality Inspector will:
  • Verify the correct assembly at the in-process assembly stages as described in the applicable inspection plan.
  • Perform physical inspection of the assembled product prior to the performance of any functional tests performed to verify safe completion of the product.
  • Use production control systems and generates reports for product documentation files.
  • Perform the final inspection of the completed product, includes both a physical and documentation review.
  • Confirm the modification status, ensuring compliance to the current requirements.
  • Verifiy the completion of the work instructions identified on the task control number (TCN).
  • Verify the correct configuration and identification of the end product.
  • Review historical log records for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and completes all applicable release documentation following successful completion of the TCN instructions.
  • Validate the certification on behalf of the company.
  • Complete and validate non-conformance tag/material review board (NCT/MRB) documentation.
  • Ensure compliance to the applicable quality procedures affecting the production process in the cell.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical problems within the cell.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of cell processes.
  • Perform other functions as assigned that do not conflict with the final inspection function.
  • Participates in the cross training of other technicians as needed to support production requirements.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

.Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 5 - 7 Years years exp. as a quality inspector
  • 5 - 7 Years years exp. knowledgeable in the configuration and assembly of the products processed in the cell.
  • 5 - 7 Years years exp.knowledgeable in the assembly methods and techniques used, use of precision measuring instruments. Dimensional inspection techniques.
  • 5 - 7 Years years Demonstrated knowledge of the applicable regulatory requirements relating to maintenance of aeronautical products.
  • 5 - 7 Years years doing documentation completion of requirements.
  • 5 - 7 Years years working knowledge of production management computer system and other related internal control systems.
  • 5 - 7 Years years experience understanding quality requirements relating to the production process. Ability to complete the Quality Inspector Training & Development Plan.
  • 5 - 7 Years years experience making decisions to ensure compliance to all customers, regulatory and company requirements
  • Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Proficient in communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average work day.
  • Regularly required to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
