Job Description

Working under direction of the Business Unit Manager, the ideal candidate for this role will have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills in both, verbal and written mediums as well as ability to work independently or/and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for meeting customer delivery commitments on time, first time, every time within company guidelines
  • Collaborate with operations and customer care teams to ensure timely processing of customer orders to meet outbound scheduling adherence
  • Facilitate processing of orders shipped from 3rd party vendors (Manual displays and bar line displays)
  • Assists in the research of customer complaints and helps find resolutions
  • Contributes to the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators on the Department’s Scorecard
  • Support the facilitation of proper training, such as GMP, SOP, Safety, and Operations
  • Provides feedback to the manager to support effective delivery of coaching and training as appropriate
  • Identifies gaps and is instrumental in the development of corrective actions to address all situations proactively and effectively
  • Identifies and reports unsafe conditions and behaviors
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 1- 3 Years relevant industry experience in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and experience with external planning tools (i.e. JDA, Oracle, SAP, Etc.) and/or Business Intelligence
  • PC skills that encompass Microsoft Office applications as well as AS400
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to prioritize effectively and follow-up when responses are needed
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of management, outside consultants and suppliers
  • Consistently display the interpersonal skills of both a strong leader and an effective team player
  • Some forecasting and Statistical/Analytical knowledge or ability to learn
  • Exhibit positive attitude regarding work and responsibilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within teams
  • Ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusting effectively to within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures
  • Continuously look for ways to do things faster and better, while maintaining high quality standards
  • Is creative and intellectually curious; tries different and novel ways to solve obstacles
