The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for all Down To Earth employees. This position will ensure that employee timecard information is entered correctly and timely and ensure that all employee pay changes are accurate recorded. This individual will organize the compensation of employees and make sure that payments are delivered on time.
Experience/Qualifications: • Must have experience in a payroll position in a fast paced environment • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or two years of applicable experience • Ability to interact with clients. • Strong math skills and excellent communication skills • Strong organization and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem solving skills • Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at one time • Ability to interface with all levels of organization effectively • Excellent customer services skills to facilitate and negotiate payments • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially excel spreadsheets • Demonstrates a professional attitude and appearance
