Pharmacy Customer Care Advocate - Tempe, AZ

Humana Pharmacy is seeking part-time Customer Care Advocates (25 hours a week) for our call center in Tempe, AZ to directly respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance to both internal and external customers.

  • Receive, document and resolve customer inquiries by using established best practices
  • Build lasting relationships with Humana’s customers
  • Educate customers, providers and employers about Humana’s products and services over the telephone
  • Enjoy working within a team in a professional environment and being accountability for your own actions, emotions and relationships

**Candidates must complete an online assessment prior to attending a face-to-face interview with the hiring team.**

Part-Time Pharmacy Customer Care Advocate

Role Essentials:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask within several computer systems while on the phone
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality
  • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology systems and applications
  • Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Must have basic computer skills/typing ability
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. including holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas)
  • Must have availability to work overtime as needed and during peak season, November through March

Role Desirables:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in outbound call center experience
