Job Description

Pinnacle Management is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, hardworking, dynamic, motivated individual with great sales and customer service skills. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of how to create a sense of community while providing an exceptional customer service experience and the ability to balance the needs of multiple parties. This position is located in Conroe, TX



Qualifications

* Candidate must have a customer service and retail sales experience
* Yadi, CRM and Leasing Experience Preferred
* Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening
* Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently
* Strong mathematical skills
* Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity on personal as well as professional level.
* Computer skills, excellent written and verbal skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, team player, problem solver with high energy.
* 18 years old and above
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Required to work weekends with days off during the week.


Responsibilities

* Ability to convert phone calls into community tours and turning community tours to leases.
* Maintain great resident relations.
* Develop and maintain first class customer service with all prospects and residents.
* Ability to sell property’s products to prospects.
* Maintain thorough product knowledge of the community, sister properties and competitors
* Manage and resolve resident concerns.
* Plan, organize and coordinate resident activities.
* Accurately preparing lease-related paperwork and thorough knowledge of all included documents
* This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing


Job Requirements

  • Resolve leasing complaints from residents
  • Meet or exceed leasing goals
  • Create a monthly office-leasing schedule
  • Supporting leasing and asset management initiatives with a career path to leasing manager
  • Execute leasing activities for assigned properties
  • Produce weekly measurable results, including leasing apartments
  • Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
  • Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
  • Attend leasing meetings to discuss status of leases
  • Negotiate LOI and leases and work with leasing attorney to resolve leasing conflicts
  • Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
  • Attend leasing conventions and other industry events
  • Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
  • Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties
  • Complete all leasing paperwork associated with leasing activity, including rental applications, rental and employment verification
  • Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
  • Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers
  • Assist with creation/maintenance of marketing and leasing brochures
  • Assist in preparing marketing plans
  • Achieve an acceptable leasing closing ratio
