- Report directly to the Senior Manager Internal Audit.
Execute audit testing procedures and prepareaudit work papers;
Assist with drafting preliminary observations,recommendations, presentations and other materials for management and the AuditCommittee of the Board of Directors;
Build collaborative and trusting relationshipswith process owners, management, and other cross-functional stakeholders;
Assist with other ad-hoc assignments asneeded, which may include updating the SOX templates, updating/developingprocess documentation, working with process owners to gain an understanding ofprocesses and identifying process risks and mitigating controls.
Student currently enrolled in an undergraduate (Senior) or graduate business program in Accounting or Finance;
Completed Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA;
Applicants must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular, part-time/full-time basis now and in the future;
Effective organization, analysis, project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
