Inside Sales Representative

Job Description



Humana is seeking full time enthusiastic sales people in Middleton, WI that have a passion for partnering with the Medicare population to assess their healthcare needs and build a comprehensive plan benefit option. In this job you will:  


•       Match consumers’ needs to Humana’s products using a consumer centric selling approach



•       Participate in both inbound and outbound call campaigns in order to maximize Humana’s growth potential



•       Work independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily


 

Job Requirements



Required Qualifications


•       High School Diploma or GED



•       Valid Health Insurance license in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain



•       Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity



•       Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills



•       Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience



•       Available to work any call center hours of operation including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on business needs


 

Preferred Qualifications


•       Sales, customer service or call center experience



•       Business development or Medicare/Life/Dental insurance sales experience preferred



•       Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree



•       Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Polish, etc. Must be able to speak, read and write without limitations or assistance

•       Misdemeanors related to the Financial Service Business



•       Other criminal activity
