Job Summary:
Responsibilities will include managing small projects, assisting in maintaining project documentation, business analysis, quality assurance and change management. They will also include the assistance with miscellaneous project support such as producing project materials, organizing schedules and communications.
Essential Job Functions:
- Use agile methodologies or waterfall practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Schedule and facilitate meetings
- Plan and organize project deliverables, goals, and milestones for assigned projects
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and executive sponsors including progress, issues and risks
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Provide post-project evaluation

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:
- Obtaining a degree, preferably in Information Technology, Project Management, or Process Analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management tools, techniques and in requirements definition
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral, written, and presentation formats is essential
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and highly dependable and possess a good work ethic
