SNI Financial is expanding our Accounting and Finance Recruiting team due to the HOT Princeton market!   This is an Executive Recruiter role; dividing time between business development, recruiting functions and driving the overall success of the team.  This person will introduce our services to prospective clients, build upon existing client relationships, as well as recruit and place accounting and finance professionals.  


People who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with significant bonus potential are able to build solid careers with our firm.   Our Financial Recruiting teams are comprised of professionals from the finance industry who wanted to leverage their professional skills and contacts in a more rewarding way. Job Requirements

Main responsibilities include:



  • Identify new client prospects and hiring managers who have hiring needs in the Accounting and Finance niche

  • Execute a strategic sales plan to grow your territory

  • Target recruit for direct hire openings within Accounting and Finance

  • Submit candidates, coordinate the interview process and deliver a quality experience for both candidates and clients

  • Be actively involved in the Hollywood business community

  • Partner with top producers in multiple lines of business to gain market share




Desired Skills and Experience



  • Minimum 2 years in contract/direct hire recruiting or relevant B2B sales

  • Proven track record in client prospecting

  • Positive attitude, open to learn and hungry to succeed in a sales/recruiting role

  • Motivated by pay for performance (this is a sales position, not corporate recruiting)
