Executive Assistant

Job Description

A rapidly growing and progressive firm in Chicago is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support multiple executive team members. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple c-level executives including complex calendar management, travel and meeting coordination, and developing presentation materials. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, self-starter who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is $55-75k.


Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:


  • Manage busy calendars for multiple executives, effectively anticipate changes and adjust accordingly

  • Coordinate extensive domestic travel arrangements and itineraries; process expense reports as needed

  • Plan and coordinate all logistics for office-wide meetings, events, and conference calls

  • Draft and distribute various documents on behalf of the executives and manage correspondence

  • Create and distribute presentations and meeting materials ensuring accurate brand alignment

  • Manage and maintain spreadsheets, filing systems, and online databases

  • Additional projects and tasks as needed


Job Requirements

Requirements of the Executive Assistant:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3-5 years of executive support experience

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Flexibility and adaptability to process changes

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
