A executive at a wealth management firm is seeking a experience administrative assistant to assist with their day to day. The ideal candidate would be outgoing, precise and able to learn the preferences of the executive. The executive travels frequently and would require this executive assistant to book travel, stays, and expense reporting.
The skills required would be developed from supporting a executive at a small firm that requires lots of multi-tasking.
