The" Sales Rep is the catalyst behind Stand Up Management success as an organization. As a consultative sales professional, the" Sales Rep is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects." Sales Reps meet with business and consumer clients to educate them about Fortune 100 Energy Brokers solutions. They do this by prospecting face-to-face, through their networks, and building referral partnerships. The compensation is highly leveraged with the opportunity for creating passive income while working flexible hours with the opportunity to advance in the company within a few months.


Your role as a" Sales Rep is to close sales of our business solutions with clients throughout the area. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present out Broker solutions to close sales in our target vertical markets. A" Sales Rep reports to a Manager and receives consistent coaching throughout his/her training.

During the training- your mentor will be training you thoroughly on client management and how to conduct face to face presentations to all clients.

Responsibilities of the Sales Reps include:

• Prospecting for and running dynamic sales presentations

• Explaining our value proposition to clients

• Closing sales

• Educating clients and business owners on the energy industry

• Maintaining regular communication with upper Management
