SNI Companies is seeking several Customer/Technical Support Representatives in the Sanford area. This is a contract to hire opportunity for a growing software company. The ideal candidate will be looking for growth and long term stability.
The starting pay is $15.00 per hour, but depending on technical support experience the pay could be as high as $17.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 10AM-6:30PM. (30 minutes for lunch)
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills: positive attitude and strong phone etiquette
- Gather customer information to determine the symptoms of the issue
- Answer technical support questions related to products and hardware as well as explain product features
- Focused mindset
- Strong note taking skills
- Strong typing skills (35 words per minute and higher)
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written
- Must have the willingness and flexibility to stay late to ensure customer issues are resolved
- At least 1 full year of call center experience
- Technical support experience preferred
