Fastest Growing Diversity/ Job Board Distribution Software Company- Looking for Renewal/ Client Support

We have tripled our staff in North America over the last 90 days- and growing fast.

We are looking for a remote hire that is excited to grow quickly with us as a Software Renewal and Customer Success Associate.

Job: delighting clients in a fast pace environment with an assigned book of business to ensure high client engagement, adoption, and renewals

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Manage monthly renewals (currently 85-90%)

  • Provide monthly / quarterly calls with customers to optimize solutions

  • Drive client engagement, satisfaction and deliver exceptional service to maximize client experience and ROI within existing Broadbean accounts

  • Ensure excellent client experience, resolve issues, provide product training, guide product usage evaluations

  • Act as point of contact for client and own all aspects of success for assigned clients: answering questions, resolving issues, providing training, driving product usage and client engagement

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Broadbean products, human resources, recruitment landscape, and how the economy impacts today's workforce

  • Partner with sales and product team to identify opportunities for growth

  • Strong relationship building, customer service, and networking skills




Required Knowledge and Skills:


  • 2-5 years' experience in Software Sales or Account Management

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Strong skill within Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Strong presentation skills, specifically at teaching and adapting teaching style based on audience

  • Ability to build client presentations from scratch

  • Experience with data, analytics, evaluating client performance


Preferred Qualifications


  • Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/Staffing industry experience strongly preferred.


  • Staffing or recruitment background including use of Broadbean products prior

  • Experience with Salesforce and SalesLoft

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong relationship building, customer service, and networking skills


Education:

High School Diploma Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or Computer Sciences preferred
