Customer Service Sales Reps - Immediate Hire

Job Description

Opus Business Consulting, a sales and marketing firm located in the Pittsburgh area, is seeking customer service individuals with the desire to grow and advance within our company.


This is an entry level position! Receive training in customer service, sales, marketing, and management.

Our Customer Representative Position Entails:

  • One on one interactions with new and existing customers

  • Providing exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience

  • Communicating effectively to discover the customer’s wants and needs

  • Navigating and using various provided computer programs as selling tools

  • Consulting and guiding customers to the appropriate next step based on their situation

  • Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to communicate with the executive team

  • Participating in trainings and welcoming performance feedback

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating excellent teamwork

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred and not required

  • A team player mentality

  • Must have well developed decision-making, analytical and problem solving skills
