We are entering one of the busiest times of the year. So........ We are launching 4 new events!. Think about events, but not in sense of weddings, carnivals with fireworks or catwalks with Victoria Secret models, but something more engaging and direct; we exist in the collision of brand and consumer.
Here at Make It, we focus on the experience of the audience. We believe that the right experience, especially when it’s through an events channel, can enhance and shape the perception of our client's brands.

Job Summary and Description:
In our business, the customer is essential to brand growth, that's why we make it a focus to make sure each customer has their own tailored experience. In a word that being dominated by technology and automatic responses, we believe the human element is necessary in order to fully build a relationship.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be:
Assist with any customer complaints and questions
Help troubleshoot and eliminate any problems that may arise to ensure the customer has an enjoyable experience
Ensure the customer has a full understanding and description of our client's services and products
You will assist the customer with a walk-through of the sales process and ensuring each sale has been processed successfully
Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
Follow Customer Service procedures and guidelines
Attend daily workshops- in group or independent
