- Answer calls and respond to emails from members, and providers. A majority of calls are from members regarding eligibility, authorizations, enrollment, payments/billing, claims, and ID cards
- Select, and explain the best solution to solve the issue
- Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Testing speed 30 WPM
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years customer service related experience required
Shift: 8 hrs Between 8.00AM to 8.00PM
Pay rate: $15-$16/hr
