required 1 year call center or health-care experience


This position provides customer service to members and providers over the telephone. Key duties include handling inbound inquiries and complaints from members and providers and conducting outbound new member welcome calls. This position is expected to maintain strong working relationships with members, providers, and other health plan staff. There is a sales aspect to this job in order to guide existing and potential members to enroll or re-enroll.
