Customer Service Rep - Finance

Who we are: One of the largest and the oldest Financial Services holding company headquartered in Westborough, MA is looking to hire for their Customer Support Team.

Pay: $16.00 /hour (optional-unlimited overtime)


Job Overview:

  • The candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Responding to any incoming phone calls from customers or clients
  • Coordinate and expedite customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
  • Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, servicing all types of transactional requests which will be learned through 4 week conductive training period
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and ensuring the customer is satisfied
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts
  • Responds to customers verbal and/or written inquiries

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a consistent customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Reliable transportation to and from Westborough, MA

Additional:

  • High School Diploma or GED provided for education verification (Required)
  • Contract-to-hire
