Position: Full-time or Part-time

As a Customer Service Associates you will be:

  • Assist with any customer complaints and questions



  • Help troubleshoot and eliminate any problems that may arise to ensure the customer has an enjoyable experience



  • Ensure the customer has a full understanding and description of our client's services and products



  • You will assist the customer with a walkthrough of the sales process and ensuring each sale has been processed successfully



  • Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication



  • Follow Customer Service procedures and guidelines



  • Attend daily workshops- in group or independent
