Customer Service Associate- The Role


As the Customer Service Associate you will provide customers with a 'consultative approach' informing them of all options that are available to them that are best suited to their needs.


You will have the customers best interest at heart and ensure you always deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer service. Whilst this is a customer service position, it is not your typical customer service & sales environment. You will work with a strong and established team, with incredibly achievable KPI's, clear commission structure and a friendly and relaxed environment.


If you currently work in a customer service, sales, marketing, retail or hospitality environment and you would like to transfer those skills to a professional & supportive company with uncapped monthly commission payments this is the role for you. If you are fresh out of school, college or university and are keen to kick start your career then this could also be the role for you!
