As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be cross-trained in customer service, marketing, and sales, ensuring you are fully trained to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As consumer-shopping habits have moved online, brand loyalty continues to fall, as there is no personalization. We offer clients offline solutions that deliver an exceptional consumer experience.




We exclusively use event-marketing campaigns, bringing brands to life through in-person interactions at private event sites.





Customer Service Assistant Requirements



While some form of customer service or sales experience would be advantageous, we will consider applicants with zero experience.  The non-negotiable is that applicants MUST




  • Have a great attitude

  • Be self-motivated and willing to learn!  

  • Be a great team player

  • First and foremost, deliver an outstanding customer experience

  • Travel to event sites across city

  • Represent clients’ in an enthusiastic and upbeat manner

  • Conduct presentations to acquire leads and complete sales
