Job Description

Equity Staffing Group is seeking an experienced and eager Customer Service Representative. Our client has an immediate opening for their office in Minnetonka  and Equity Staffing Group is the perfect bridge between you and that opportunity. This is a contract to hire opportunity, with full time employees converting at 35k starting salary, 18 days of PTO, 8 paid holidays, 401k, and bonus eligibility.                                                               




                                                 Customer Service Representative




Our ideal Customer Service Representative be courteous, energetic, and willing to learn and grow within a supportive and structured environment. Our Customer Service Representative's day to day will consist of the following:


  • Taking inbound/outbound calls

  • Performing heavy data entry

  • Explaining processes to customers

  • Researching and resolving customer questions 

  • Assist members with questions about billing, benefits, enrollment and claim inquiries 

  • Treat customers with respect and courtesy and always act with the  customer in mind 

  • Provide end to end resolution of all  issues by maintaining ownership and retaining all documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and timely resolution. 

  • able to work independently while thinking critically and have the ability to problem solve. 




Job Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service & soft skills. 

  • At least 1 year of prior customer service experience (face to face or over the phone)

  • Proficiency in multi screen workstations, using multiple applications simultaneously, MS office applications. 

  • Excellent prior attendance history

  • Flexibility with schedule and working occasional weekend hours

  • Critical thinking skills, and a keen ability to show empathy, problem solve, and explain complex situations

  • the desire to advance their careers and grow with an organization
