Compensation Analyst

Do you have a Degree and 5+ years of Global Compensation experience? SNI has joined with a Dallas based organization to assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of domestic and international compensation. Strong systems and analysis experience is required and SAP software is strongly preferred. This role will encompass the following compensation duties will limited supervision: auditing of employee data, participating in compensation surveys, working with vendors, designing ad hoc reports, and communicating with Sr. Executives on changes needed to the comp structures.
