Opus Business Consulting is looking to fill full time entry level client service roles. This job is ideal for candidates with prior backgrounds in customer service, marketing, sales, restaurant or hospitality industries.

Opus Business Consulting is a new marketing and management firm in Pittsburgh. We recently expanded to this area and are rapidly growing. In 2018 we have doubled in size and are projected to double and expand to three new locations in 2019.

Responsibilities for the Customer Solutions Reps (CSR):

●  Customer service and sales for existing clients and acquiring new customers

●  Maintaining relationships with both our Fortune 500 clients and their brand new members

●  Participating in team meetings and trainings

●  Managing their individual time and setting client appointments

●  Learning new promotions and packages quarterly



Job Requirements



Requirements:

●  2 or 4 year degree is preferred not required

●  1-5 years experience in customer service, marketing, sales, restaurant or retail

●  1-2 years in a leadership role (captain or your sports team, key holder or manager)

●  Previous internship in marketing, sales, customer service, sports or hospitality

Characteristics we look for:

●  Future - focused but cares about the day to day
