Call Center Representative

Job Description

Our client in Winchester VA is immediately hiring for several Customer Center Representatives to join their team. This is a full time opportunity and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have recent professional office work experience.
  • 1-3 years of Administrative or Call Center experience is required.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required (Candidates will be tested on this).
  • Internet navigation skills.
  • Friendly and professional phone demeanor is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering telephones, emails and any other communications promptly and courteously.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by developing good working relationships with customers.
  • Conducting telephone queries and communications in a professional manner with a display of business decorum.
  • Documenting and resolving customer complaints via telephone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
