Call Center Representative- Healthcare

Job Description


AMAZING OPPORTUNITY in the Healthcare field!!!! Seeking an experienced customer service / call center candidate to work in our healthcare / medical customer service center.

**Must have previous customer service experience and/or medical / healthcare experience**

  • Performs clerical and customer service functions required to service the needs of the patient, providers and organization.
  • Serves as a liaison between patients, nurses, physicians, and others.
  • Provides a standard of excellence as it relates to customer service for patients and other customers.
  • Maintains patient scheduling and sets patient appointments.
  • Answers large call volume of 100+ calls per day in a call center environment
  • Must have Exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
  • Must have perfect attendance for the first 4 months.
  • HS Diploma or GED required, AA in Healthcare related field preferred

Hours- M-F, hours between 7am-7pm

Pay rate: $11/hr
