Call Center Representative - Customer Service - Internet Lending

Work Location: Near 32nd street and Rock Road, 67226

Job Responsibility Summary:

As a Call Center Representative you receive inbound calls providing courteous assistance with customer's existing accounts with Speedy Cash or assistance with potential customers applying with loans over our internet lending services. Our Call Center Representatives create a positive experience, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner. Our representatives seek to find the best fit products by identifying key needs and are committed to enhancing the customer relationship. Maintaining a high commitment to confidentiality, and performing duties in a manner supporting CURO Financial Technologies vision and values is key to continued success.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Enjoy exceeding customer expectations by asking questions, actively listening to customers in order to understand their needs, requests, or problems while identifying up-selling opportunities, documenting call details, account information into the system, and completing any forms required.
  • Complying with FDCPA and state legal requirements.
  • Build customer loyalty by resolving customer problems on the first call.
  • Providing appropriate payment options and negotiating according to language of the companies loan agreements.
  • Educate customers on billing details, payment reconciliation, CURO Financial Technologies Corps' policies and procedures concerning fees, statement history, time periods, dates, and services with the utmost professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Specific Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year customer service, Call Center a plus
  • Data-entry experience
  • Successful decision making and negotiating abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work in a MS Windows-based environment
