As an Inbound Customer Care Representative, you will handle incoming inquiries from members, providing them with excellent customer service. You will utilize administrative, customer service and computer skills while working on routine and patterned assignments to serve the needs of Humana members. Work From Home opportunities available after four months!



Job Responsibilities:



•       Address customer needs, resolve issues and educate members



•       Perform basic administrative/clerical and customer service tasks



•       Escalate unresolved and pending customer grievances



•       Meet expectations and quality standards



•       Use attention to detail to ensure accuracy



•       Work closely under supervision within established guidelines

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:



•       High School Diploma or equivalent



•       2 years of customer service experience



•       Strong customer service orientation



•       Strong attention to detail



•       Strong typing and computer navigation skills



•       Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer applications simultaneously



•       Effective verbal and listening communication skills



•       Must be comfortable to work any shift between 8:00 am -8:00 pm Monday- Saturday



•       This position does require working every Saturday


Preferred Qualifications:



•       Associate's or Bachelor's Degree



•       Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience



•       Healthcare experience



•       Fluency in Spanish
