Job Description

SNI Financial is partnered with a publicly traded company that is looking for a CFO. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and leading the forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and partnering with different departments to support financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual financial planning and forecasting by supervising the preparation of business reviews and leading analysis.
  • Create financial models and reporting tools to support decision-making
  • Develop and understand the company's strategic needs
  • Manage communication with senior management and leaders within the company
  • Prepare presentations for the board of directors
  • Oversee all financial matters for the corporate functions and IT departments
  • Work closely with leaders to provide analysis and support cost-savings opportunities
  • Develop cost benefit analysis and oversee the implementation of those processes
  • Track performance against objectives and identify trends and implications
  • Support M&A initiatives
  • Manage a team of financial professionals
  • Advise company leaders on complex financials to support decision making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • MBA is highly preferred
  • 9+ years of related experience in FP&A
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience driving decisions within a publicly traded company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with expense tracking
  • Experience with Hyperion or Tableau
