CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - SET SCHEDULES

Job Description

Are you looking to have a healthy personal life/work life balance?  We provide set schedules around your needs to set you up for success right from the very beginning!!
 Responsibilities:


ª      Utilizing  our client script and persuasive selling techniques to sell additional home warranty services to existing members of a well know warranty company. 


ª      Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions and overcoming objections, and closing quality sales. 


ª      Produce weekly goals.
The program is open from 9a-7p M-F and 9a-3p on Saturdays.
