Your Role as a Business Development and Sales Associate
Customer Acquisition – a huge focus on growing customer base for clients
Customer Retention – an integral part of growing the bottom line for our clients
Direct Marketing Events – from organizing through administration and beyond
Meet directly with clients and potential clients
Act as ambassador for all clients (yours and other teams’ clients as well!)
Keep abreast of market trends
Analyze, track and record sales
Learn all aspects of every facet within the business
As a Business Development and Sales Associate, we may require you to wear ‘new hats’ as the need arises. You will be part of the foundation upon which customer acquisition and retention is built and as such, will need to know literally every step along the way towards that goal!
