Aerotek is hiring a Billing Administrator for a Utilities company in Puyallup!!!
The Billing Administrator will support billing for the Joint Facility Notifications and Structural Analysis teams to their clients. This person will be responsible for reviewing engineering portfolios and providing recap reports of billing for completed projects. The Billing Administrator will also be responsible for reviewing and generating progress bills/invoices to verify the accuracy of labor/overhead, bill-of-material, and that change orders were applied and make any corrections as needed.

Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, formulas (Vlookups preferred but not required)
2-3+ year(s) of experience in accounting, finance and/or billing
Strong written and verbal communication (Microsoft Word)
Wishlist but not required to be considered:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with Microsoft Access Database, JD Edwards, and/or SAP
Revenue experience would be a plus
Industry experience (utilities/construction/telecom, etc.) would be a plus
