Provide inbound call support for the following residential gas and electric service billing and payment inquiries:
- Customer assistance program information
- Billing rate options
- Credit and payment arrangements
- Start, stop, move requests
- Electric outages
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicate with customers
What We're Looking for:
- Able to work on site at Teleperformance's Columbus, OH location (4339 Equity Drive, Columbus, OH 43228)
- Fluent bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Six months customer service experience minimum
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Willing to consent to pre-employment background and drug screening
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills.
