Summary of Objectives :



Produce complete and accurate budgets for job starts.

Job Requirements

Primary Responsibilities



•        Code PSA options in the lead system



•        Check color sheets for design specifications that don’t require a PSA



•        Follow up and make sure you have received lot checks back from Production Managers



•        Review estimator takeoffs and compare with options to ensure you have everything you need and load the estimator takeoffs into Brix



•        Load options and items into Brix



•        Load lot check items into budget



•        Review budget for any bid holes and submit those to Purchasing Manager



•        Follow up on any bid holes until the budget can be completed



•        Finalize preliminary budget and send for review



•        Correct budget review redlines



•        Release preliminary purchase orders as directed



•        Print final budget POs and integrate into BuildPro



•        Provide support and training to Field personnel regarding how budgets were created



•        Assist EPO personnel if needed to process variance purchase orders.



Performance Standards



•        Complete three budgets each day to send for review



•        Send all “ready” budgets out for review



•        Print POs for all jobs that have been reviewed and redlined



•        Work two weekends per month
