Administrative Assistant

.Acara Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at our Corporate office in Williamsville, NY.Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the Company with core administrative duties.Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):
  • Review new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy, with specific detail on the I-9 Form;
  • Provide step by step instructions to contractors for how to correctly complete paperwork;
  • Request and upload required documentation into contractor onboarding;
  • Schedule appointments with contractors to assist in the completion of onboarding paperwork;
  • Responsible for various other administrative duties as directed by company;
  • Answer telephones, take messages, and direct incoming call;
  • Maintain files and records for readily identifiable information;
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures.
  • Job Requirements

    .Required:
  • 1 year of experience working in an office environment
  • 1 year of experience using MS Word and Excel
  • Preferred:
  • Associate’s degree;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability;
  • Present a positive and professional image.
