This person will be working with Accounts, Auditing, Reviewing and handling month end.
Will also be Posting Cash Receipts into multiple systems, booking Cash Receipts, Account Reconciliations and Updating Spreadsheets. Most of the day will be repetitive Data Processing work.
The direct bill team is responsible for the recording of insurance commissions on the commission accounting systems. This process includes performing varied activities generally related to posting of commission records to an AMS system, reconciling, calculating/processing, balancing and reviewing records/accounts for accuracy. Performs special projects as requested.
There will be phone-related work talking to carriers
Hours: Flexible between 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
6 months+ accounting experience or knowledge of accounting
6 months+ experience with Excel, Word, Outlook
6 months+ customer service
