* Process credit card transactions
* Contact customers via phone and/or email regarding new PDF invoicing project, and also regarding changing payment method to ACH
* Provide support to the AR team (3 collectors and 1 cash application person) by sending invoice copies, proof of deliveries, etc.
* Excel required, but not heavy skill-set
Also, 2-3 years of AR experience would be a definite plus! We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, dependable, can work independently as well as part of a team, and that has a strong work ethic.
Main daily responsibilities of the worker: processing CC transactions for customers; special project - contact customers to get billing email addresses and contact customers to have them change payment methods from CC to ACH; fill in type work - sending copies of invoices or proof of delivery as needed; support collection reps from administrative standpoint - mainly email communications
Technical/software skills/experience: basic Excel skills; background in accounting (A/R in particular)
Soft skills: can work independently and in a team; dependable
